Marquez Design & Build Co. is built on a strong foundation of design and construction experience since 2017, with projects actively undertaken since 2022. The firm has evolved from interior fit-outs into a full-service practice delivering Architectural Design, Interior Design, and Construction solutions for residential and commercial developments.
We deliver well-executed projects across small to mid-scale developments through a streamlined Design and Build approach, ensuring efficiency, cost control, and uncompromised quality from concept to completion.

Led by Architect Paul Marquez and Architect Jana Marquez, the firm brings over 9 years of experience across projects in the Philippines, USA, and UK, executed with precision, clear coordination, and a commitment to delivering on time and within budget.
